Rebar grid
Use a prescribed grid layout to estimate straight bars. This is useful when a drawing already specifies diameter, maximum spacing and cover.
Choose a bar grid, manufactured mesh coverage or a list of straight bars. Then plan purchase stock where the tool supports it.

Use a prescribed grid layout to estimate straight bars. This is useful when a drawing already specifies diameter, maximum spacing and cover.
For a rectangular area covered with manufactured mesh. Enter the actual product dimensions rather than estimating individual wires.
For an existing drawing or a measured list of straight pieces, including mixed lengths. No slab geometry is needed.
Grid starts with a rectangle, cover and bar spacing in two directions. Mesh starts with the size of a manufactured sheet or roll. Straight Bars starts with pieces you have already specified. These are quantity tools, not a structural reinforcement design.
A grid or piece list describes the bars in the job. Purchase & Cut adds stock lengths, any specified laps and cutting losses. Mesh instead counts complete sheets or packs strip lengths into rolls, keeping overlap and material outside the project visible.
