Concrete slab site measurement sheet
Record one rectangular concrete region with a specified uniform thickness. Print this page at 100% on A4 or Letter, then fill it in on site.
Measure the concrete only, excluding the sub-base. L and W run between the inside faces of the formwork; t runs from the prepared base to the specified top of the concrete. Mark each thickness check. If thickness or shape varies, record separate regions. This sheet captures measurements; it does not specify structural thickness or calculate a quantity.
